No more free samples?

This is the second time I haven't received my free samples with order.  It is a little bit annoying to see "3 Free Samples with any Purchase" ad on the Sephora page when in reality its Pick Your 3 Free Samples and get NONE.

Hi Penelope, I’m having the same issue. Today I received my last order and for the third time I get no samples. Why do they offer three free samples and even have us pick the samples but they send nothing?
