No live chat on app

Hi,

 

I used to have the chat icon on the app to chat with a customer service representative. I no longer see that option. I am wondering where it went because it was very helpful.

Hi @Seliya,

 

On the app, please click your name/photo icon, then scroll down to "Customer Service." Then scroll down to "Chat With Us." 

 

If the chat is unavailable, please keep the page open until the next agent becomes available. Thank you!
