No free samples

I ordered the Sephora colorful clay mask collection and the greek yogurt foaming cream cleansers (both samples) and they never came? I received my order and it had everything except for my free samples.

The same thing has happened to me multiple times. My order from last week once again had no free samples. I had actually stopped shopping at Sephora for a while and just started again it's like nothing has improved. Sephora needs to start being more competitive in their rewards and incentives especially now that there is so many more places where we can buy the same products for the same price and sometimes cheaper. Their Rouge no longer offers flash shipping, you now only get 2 free samples instead of 3. It's almost as they want us to go shop somewhere else. Very disappointed in them.

I agree. Back when 3 free samples were offered, I would often receive 0-2 samples; rarely all 3. I'd say about 60% of the time the samples were random instead of the ones I had chosen.

Now that we're given 2 samples, I do seem to consistently receive 2 samples with my orders. However, the problem still exists where the samples are "random". I received a sample of men's cologne in my most recent order. We should be able to opt out of sample categories. Not only is it a waste of material/product that just gets thrown out, it's a huge disappointment to receive something you absolutely won't use.

Sephora is notorious for doing this. I ordered multiple items during the sale last week and on the last three shipments I received only one had the two samples but not the ones I chose, one had NO samples the other only had one. I rarely ever get the samples I choose anyways. I will say I was disappointed when Sephora change the samples from 3 to 2. I'm expecting another shipment today so I'll see how that goes.

I did not receive any samples either! NONE. I figured if they were out of the ones I asked for they would just send me two others? I find that really annoying because I definitely really look forward to trying new products and a lot of times will buy the full size later on if I like the sample!!!! 😞

I entered a code for a trial size lipstick of the Fenty beauty Mattemoiselle lipstick (code: MATTELIP). When I received my order today, I got what I ordered along with the 2 samples, but not the lipstick sample. It even showed up as a line item on my packing slip. This is not the first time it's happened to me, and I am getting fed up.
