No free mask!

Hi just placed an order in witch I ,among other stuff , ordered 3 Sephora collection face mask , yet no free charcoal mask appeared to be listed as it was supposed to be free ? Is this normal!?

Once the 3 SEPHORA COLLECTION Face Mask 1 Masks are added to your basket then you must select the 4th mask to add to your basket. The discount for the one mask will display at checkout. This offer is not available if the Free Shipping promotion is selected for order. I can take a look at your order though! I'll send you a private message to assist you further.
