No expected delivery date

Hi! I placed an order 12/09 with an expected delivery date of 12/16 but it didn’t ship until the 15th. USPS updated the expected delivery date to the 18th but it never arrived. Now there’s no new delivery date and no new movement in the tracking details as of yet. I kept getting email

updates from the 19th-21st saying the package is arriving late and that it’s on its way to the next facility but tracking hasn’t updated since the 21st. Please look into this. Thank you.

What I don’t understand is why Sephora decided to use USPS during this holiday season. All of my previous orders have always shipped via UPS including the one placed during Thanksgiving this year. While all couriers are overwhelmed right now, I haven’t had any issues with UPS like with USPS. It’s well known USPS is not running efficiently and yet Sephora elected to use them. I heard UPS and FedEx were no longer servicing some merchants, is that the case with Sephora? And will the 30 day return policy be temporarily adjusted in lieu of these long shipping delays? Thanks!

The extended holiday return doesn’t even apply to me because my purchase was made after November 16th. If I don’t get my package within the 30 days of purchase, how do I get a full refund to original form of payment if there’s an issue with the order? Thanks.

Can you look into mine as well ? There have been no updates. My second order arrived the day it was supposed to but the first order has no updates.
