No email

Ive been signed up with sephora for a good 10 years now maybe even more and i used to recieve emails or snail mail like every other store. But for the last year i havent received anything. And now with the vib sale i would like to shop in store but i do not have the card to show at the register. Is there anything that can be done before it starts?

Hi @anzahlone,

You may want to check your account/profile information to ensure you have "opt in" for the emails and mailers.  Also, check your spam/trash folder in your email.  If you don't usually open your emails from Sephora, your email might think it's spam and trash your emails.

As for the sale, you can still take advantage by using the universal code.  Since you're VIB, your code will be "20FORVIB" for online orders.  If you shop in store, just make sure to buy it under your account and they'll apply the code for you. 🙂
