No birthday gift available

Hi, 

None of the birthday gifts I want are available. Even last year I ended up taking the points. There is no benefit to VIB members who have December birthdays. The mystery gifts seem to be not great either. 

None of the stores have it either. 

I am not going to spend money to stay VIB if I have no benefit. 

Please tell me what are the other options?

My teenaged daughter purchased something at Sephora last week and while there they asked the cashier to redeem their free birthday gift and there wasn’t any free product. When I redeemed the offer for my birthday a month ago, there were only two items to choose from and the cashier was rude to me because it was 3 days before my birthday and she was trying to insist that I come back another time. Is Sephora phasing out this promotion? It sure feels like it in the last few years.

My apologies, we still have some incredible birthday gift options available including Kerastase, the Mystery Gift, 250 points, and Patrick Ta (VIB/Rouge exclusive).
