No appointments EVER???

I am a Rouge member and have been wanting to get the 90 min free makeover or even the regular makeover but every-time I'm in the app it says there are no times available. Why is this so complicated? My Rouge status has been a waste because I cannot fully enjoy perks.

Same here. I can never find ones near me that do the 90 minute makeover. My store always seems to have limited times for the regular Makeover on the app, but then I check later and tons of times are available. It's really frustrating, especially if I want to go on a weeknight. I can't leave work until four and sometimes the last appointment is at 4 or earlier despite the fact that the store doesn't close until 9. And I usually try to book in advance to get the best time.

I'm sorry your local Sephora store hasn't had any available makeover appointments! It's possible there may be cancellations so I recommend contacting the store directly to see if they can make a note of your name and the date you'd like to visit. I know this is a huge inconvenience and I'm sorry you're unable to take advantage of this perk as a Rouge client!

It's not a random 'there's never appointments'. There is literally none available for the next 3 months and I live within 3 stores in Honolulu County.
