No Samples

Hi All! 

I am rouge member, and I ordered something during the recent sale and did not receive any samples. The whole charm for me to order online is to get samples to try new stuff out and I feel very disappointed because I would have received more utility shopping in person if I knew I would not get the selected samples. Is this a common issue?

That's one of the reasons why I buy most of my stuff elsewhere now. I wrote customer service several times, and they gave me 100 rewards points as a mea culpa. Samples are still missing most of the time.
