No Samples

My last two orders came without any samples! This isn't the first time this has happened, and I notice it only happens when I get stuff sent to my Kentucky location rather than my Massachusetts one. I'd like to please get everything that I put in my cart, including the samples... can anyone help?

 

Would be much appreciated. Thank you!
