No Samples, no reward, no promo!

RESOLVED- THANKS RAQUEL In my 2 orders that arrived together today, I am missing my 6 samplesand did not get the promo item or the rewards item I chose. I understand that the rewards item and promo were cancelled before the order was filled which is disappointing, but ok. However not getting the samples really bothers me because that is the reason I take time to pick them out, order when I like the samples, etc. I have a few more ordersscheduled to arrive this week and I am hoping they are complete. I don't live near a Sephora store, so this is the main way for me to sample products before buying. I'm very disappointed that my samples weren't included!
