No Samples and Item Missing

So we were supposed to be able to choose 5 samples with our order, I only got two and of the two only one of them was what I added to my cart.  On top of that, the item I ordered :Customize IT! Your Skin But Better™ CC+™ Cream Kit Vol. 2 one of the items from the kit was missing!  I tried calling but was on hold for 40 minutes so I hung up yesterday.  The cleanser was not included in my kit. Lately sephora has been really bad about checking packages and i'm getting more than a little miffed.  I do use these samples to see if it's something I'd like to buy.  I would go to a sephora if there was one closer to me.  It's a 40 minute drive to the closest one for me.
