No Samples...again

 I did two orders recently and selected two samples for each order and I didn't receive any of them. Normally I wouldn't make a fuss but this has happened a few times and I am really disappointed and would like them to be sent out if possible. I test out new products this way and usually end up purchasing them. It was 2 samples of the gimme brown, a NARS climax mascara sample and a fragrance. Is it possible to still receive these please? Part of the perk of purchasing with Sephora are the samples and to miss out of them consecutively is really upsetting.
