No Samples? Really?!

I placed an order 12/26. I received my package today but not a single sample was in the box. My last few orders have not had the samples I selected - but there was something in the box. This order...not one sample. If you are only going to put samples in some orders, don’t advertise this in my shopping cart. Poor customer service drove me away from Sephora once - and it looks like not much had changed. I have another order placed on 12/28 - we’ll see what shows up in that box...

I hear you on this girl! Same here. I would call and speak to them, they usually will give you points to use toward deluxe samples for the major error. Not helpful AFTER your order, but a bandaid for your wound 😞
