I have received no samples in the last six purchases. I specifically make a purchase so I could get a Tom Ford Bois Marocain sample and I wasn’t surprised when my parcel came with none. For the first time in a recent purchase, a beauty offer was also missing.

This has become a joke. Why does Sephora even ask us to select samples when they use high traffic volume as an excuse for their shortcomings? 

Sephora is well aware of this problem but has done nothing to fix it. They should not use the 2 Free Samples as an incentive/perk, it’s false advertising. Holding a Rouge status also doesn’t make any difference. 

I can think of two retailers, one pharmacy with a beauty shop offering 3 samples and the other a luxury department store offering up to four deluxe samples where they always deliver. 

Sephora is doing itself a disservice as I have made full size product purchases based on samples I have liked. 

I live in Western Canada and the warehouse where products are shipped from may be the problem. Lastly, the local parcel company they use which causes headaches every time further ruins the shopping experience. I wish Sephora cared more.

It’s been horrible lately. No incentive to buy at Sephora or to achieve rouge status. Plus, the Canada offers are embarrassing compared to what they offer in the US. It’s been going downhill for the last few years but this year has been the worst I have ever seen. No GWP, no samples, garbage rewards… time to shop somewhere else…

Completely agree. Holt and Shoppers offer better incentives.
