No Sample

Hello,  I order a james palate about a week ago but I didnt get my 2 samples with it 😞

I searched for no samples to see if it was just me (I got my order today with no samples either) and it looks like it's a constant issue lately.  It used to be that if they were out of what you requested you'd at least get something else, but it appears they aren't even bothering with that anymore.  It's disappointing that they continue to say they'll give samples when they don't.
