No Rouge Welcome Gift!

I was debating if I wanted to maintain my Rouge statue this year, but decided to spend the extra $500.00 to do so. But as soon as I reached Rouge status I found out THERES NO WELCOME GIFT this year! Sephora’s online services have been at a D- awhile and I thought, well at least Sephora offers a nice Rouge perk. BUT THATS GONE TOO! very upset with Sephora! Not to mention feeling scammed.
