No Order Confirmation

I have placed my order twice on sephoras app through Klarna. I was charged but no orders are showing under orders and have not gotten any confirmation emails. First time I placed I thought it did not go through so I placed again and same thing. I do not want to be charged for 2 orders and how come I can’t see my orders? Please help me with this issue.
