No Order Confirmation but took Money Paybright

I selected paybright as my method to purchase an item, I put in all the information and when I went to place the order it brought me back to the main sephora screen and signed me out. It took the money from my bank account already, but didn’t send me an order confirmation and it also doesn’t show on my Sephora account that I placed an order either.
