No Gift With Purchase in my order

I am deeply disappointed in Sephora. I specifically placed my order of over 45$ in order to receive the January sample bag and did not receive it with my package. If it had been sold out then it should have not been available to select to add to my order. I was very excited in receiving this sample bag and now feel frustrated in even ordering. If they had seen that Sample Bag gift with purchase is unavailable the least they could have done was place any other gift with purchase in my order.
