No Free Samples 4 times in a row

Today I received my Sephora package, guess what, no free samples in it again! This is already my 4th time having 0 of the 3 free samples I selected. Every time I place order online, I was excited and needed a long time to decide what to try next... I read reviews and do researches... but every time I don’t even receive them! Waste of time in giving hope to Sephora.com free samples!

I've had this happen a few times in the past year! They've also forgotten to include the "point perk" I've selected , also. So I started calling their customer service EVERY TIME they do it now....it's aggravating that we should have to do that, but I'm hoping it'll help.

Same here! But funny enough I got one but it was Soap and Glory??? Sephora doesn’t sell Soap and Glory?

Same. Just got home to a package on my doorstep. Missing the 3 samples, plus the beauty code offer sample. The fact that it continues to happen is making me lose faith. I’m dealing with a customer service nightmare right now. They can’t seem to provide me with a flash shipment tracking number from over 2 week’s ago! 🙄 good luck and hope your next order is all there!!
