No Extension on Free VIB/ROUGE Makeovers

H - so I had four free Makeover vouchers that expired in January of this year. For obvious reasons, I didn't use in 2020 and all of 2021. Covid hit, stores shut down, and Sephora stopped doing them (as they should) for safety concerns. But now I was told they won't be extended. That is so not a customer-friendly way to do business. All other service businesses have extended their offers, airlines refunded or offered credit for the pandemic year, etc. How Sephora does this to their VIB and especially Rouge members is sad. So much for my incentive to stick with Sephora vs. Ulta or others. Shame.

That is literally what happened with me! I was so bummed out and when I asked about it I just got a "it is what it is" response from them. Its really disheartening to see this kind of behaviour from Sephora, esp when you are a rouge member
