No Email Receipt

Hello,

 

I purchased a foundation on March 24th (Fremont, CA--Pacific Commons) and asked for an email receipt only. However, I never received the email receipt. I have proof that I purchased the product from my credit card transactions. Additionally, I never received the points either on my account.
