NO VISA IF APPLYING VIA ONLINE

I am well within the wanted credit score to get a Sephora Visa. I was hard checked and it affected my credit score. Did Sephora or the bank they are dealing with let me know where I am in the process, if I qualified, ANYTHING. No communication at all. Zero. Zip. Doing an online application for the Visa doesn't give you anything except affect your credit score. This has been 3 months ago!! I did the online application in beginning of May.  Severely angry - I am trying to curb my words.

I spoke to customer service, after being transferred MULTIPLE times to customer service staff that was either rude, or spoke incomprehensible and caused me to annoy them by asking to speak slowly and clearly so that we can be on the same page. When I finally found someone that was willing to explain to me what was going on, the person bluntly said that I was not approved. When I pointed out that I never received any communication from them (Comenity bank) or Sephora, the person blunty said if I received no communication it means I wasn't successfull in my application. What! I have a very high credit score to start with. Their hard check made a dent. And the funny thing was - why not notify me my application was not successful?! Also, the representative said that I should apply again. Huh? and be hard checked again to no avail. F no.
