New shipping company

For years, my Sephora orders have always arrived via OnTrac. I would usually receive my order within two or three days after placing it. Here I am on day four and it says it’s being delivered by some company called Deliver-It. The estimated delivery date is today, but the tracking says no label has been created yet. I really wonder when I’m going to get my package? Does anyone have any experience with this carrier?

The tracking says that the carrier still has not picked the package up but it’s somehow going to be delivered today. I don’t see how that’s possible. I don’t think I’ll be placing any more orders if this is the shipping company that Sephora is going to use.  There are absolutely NO perks to being a Rouge anymore.
