New hire

I am having a lot of struggle with being a new hire at Sephora. I think I'm doing an ok job but got sick right as our new store opened and have missed 2 days already, going on three tomorrow if I continue to feel this crappy. My anxiety has been through the roof joining Sephora, but I also am very happy for all the fun stuff provided. I have come as far as thinking I should just leave the company before I miss enough shifts 😕 I don't know how to talk to management about this all because I feel like no one ever really understands my mental health and I'm truly trying not to stop myself from working and enjoying Sephora but I'm as I said really struggling. Been crying a lot and just unsure of what to do. I feel like as much as people may say also that I do ok or good at something I can't do anything right with all these anxieties.
