New Year! Same issues

New year and here we are again. Samples in orders still aren’t sorted out 
My order was delivered yesterday. None of the samples I wanted were on the box. But they were on the order. Instead I was sent a random foundation sample for a very light color. I am not at all fair but in fact brown. So this sample is inevitably a waste

Hi, I also just received my order for replica perfume today but also didn't have the two samples that I requested included... feeling slightly disappointed as well.

January is my birthday so I decided to pick out my birthday gift online. I picked out my gift and then found some samples that I really liked but that meant that I had to purchase something. So I bought a new moisturizer so that I could get the additional samples and lo and behold. No samples. That is probably the 8th order in a row missing.
