New Return Policy

I have to say that the new return policy which doesn’t allow online purchases to be returned at a Sephora location other than a standalone store had me at a 90% ‘not going to buy from Sephora’ mindset. 
When I went to return a product the other day in a JC Penny I was informed of the new policy. In fact, there were several people in the same predicament as myself. 
move been pretty loyal to Sephora the past 3 years or so since I started really using higher end products but my last few big purchases have now been made at Ulta because of this. I’m not willing to purchase online and then have to drive 30 minutes to return or exchange something. I’m now stuck with products that did’t work for me.

@LaurieBT , does this mean if I order online I can not return ,if the product doesn’t work out, to my local Sephora inside a JCP for a refund?
