New Play! Subscription

Hello, I subscribed to Play! on 11/15. Will I be receiving the November box? I have not received any emails but I see that others have already received their boxes. TIA

You’ll receive it. If your payment has already gone through, you’ll get the November box. It may be a lot closer to the end of the month, but you’ll get it. People who already have an on-going subscription get billed the first week of the month and receive their box the 2nd or 3rd week. That’s what will happen to you in December.

You won’t get the Play box for November. Sephora bills and processes for the monthly Play box at the beginning of the month but typically mails it out in the middle of the month. Your first Play box should be in December.
