New Perfume Only Smells Like Alcohol!

I just received my new Beijos de Sol Perfume Mist from Sol De Janeiro and it only smells like alcohol! Does anyone else have the same problem? I have 6 other Perfume Mists from Sol De Janeiro and they all smell amazing. I don't know what's wrong with this one! I'm very disappointed in the lack of quality
