New Nars soft matte foundation - SHADE FINDER

The shade finder feature is not working. I’ve tried on my iPhone on the app & iPad on the actual webpage. I have input different brands/colors and nothing comes up... it doesn’t even say “sorry no match”... it’s just a blank screen. Please fix this! 🖤🖤🖤

I had the same issue.  I would recommend visiting the NARS site and getting color matched there.  I did this a couple of days ago and the match was perfect.  Just make sure that your face is bare so that your iPhone will capture a realistic picture.  I would also recommend taking the picture in natural light.

Hi there! In Nars I’m shade Stromboli in the sheer glow foundation. In Fenty soft matte I’m shade 290. In Dior backstage face&body I’m shade 3WarmOlive. Thanks for responding 🖤

@BLuz13, I would go with the shade Stromboli in this formula.
