New IT cosmetics bye bye foundation packaging

The new packaging is terrible. I could not get the cap off, and i gentle was tugging could not get it off. Then the whole top totally popped off and product flew all over the floor. Totally sucks, not to mention it’s smaller packaging. 1 oz instead of 1.3oz
