Never received e-gift

Hello!

 

My friend just told me she sent me an e-gift card on 07/06/2020 for my birthday. But I never received. I checked my email, junk, and trash in case I deleted the email but so far I donโ€™t see anything. Is their a way to find out if it was already sent or somehow track it. Iโ€™m not sure how long it takes but itโ€™s been a week since my friend said she sent it.

This happened to me too because it was sent to a ".edu" email! I called customer service at (866) 286-1262 and they were really helpful! I was only on the phone with them for like 5 minutes! You just need your name and order number and you're all set!

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the Gift Card! All eGift Card purchases are made through our third party, CashStar. I recommend having the purchaser contact Cashstar by phone at (866) 286-1262 between 8am and 12am (eastern time) or via email at SephoraGiftcardSupport@cashstar.com for further assistance.
