Never received a correct samples!!!!

It was totally disappointed and ridiculous! I just got my packages and as usual l didn't receive the correct samples!!! This is not the first time l forget how many times already. I just checked the website of the free samples you guys still have the option of YSL perfume sample. If it is out of stock just take it out from the website! Don't mislead customer!!! Looking forward to you reply! Thanks,

Hi CarrieCC, I'm sorry to hear that your orders arrived without the samples you had chosen. Regretfully, if the sample is out of stock in the distribution center in which your order is processing, we do have to make substitutions. I understand that this may be frustrating and will forward your feedback.
