Never receive free samples at all.

The only reasons I shop with Sephora are the beauty inside points and free samples. I can buy products from a number of different stores for the same price but getting to try samples, especially with such sensitive skin, is why I buy from Sephora. However, the last 3 times I have placed an order and picked my samples, my order came only with what I paid for, zero samples each time. I just placed another order and if this one doesn't come with any samples, I will find a better store to give my money to. It's like Sephora offers samples just to trick people into ordering from them. What's the deal Sephora? I get that samples can run out, but at least through something in there ffs.

I feel same way in terms of I can buy all products from various different stores. Also, Sephora at Kohl's is another level of rude service. They behave like they are mad to have to work. I've been at the store the other day and about to purchase one Lancome product which was on sale in the app, however not on sale in the store. I was asking if they do price match with their own company, she was extremely rude. Horrible service, salespersons just make customers unwelcomed and not willing to shop there.
