Never getting the birthday gift

I’m disappointed, last year the Dior birthday gift sold out very quickly so this year I made sure to check 15 days before my birthday and it’s sold out again? I think people are lying about their birthdays to get it and it’s so disappointing for people who actually have birthdays when it’s out. There should be strict rules/ you should have to show your ID because this is so disappointing.
