Never get any samples

How come Sephora doesn’t do samples any more? There’s still the option to add them to the basket. The past few orders I either got something completely different or nothing at all! I’m usually excited about them because I get to try stuff before buying them, without having to go into the store.

I just received my fourth order in a row with zero samples.  Four times I tried for the Rhode sample. No subs. None. Seems odd to never get a replacement either.

Adding to my reply. This morning I received my second order since my comment below, again, NO SAMPLES. Zero.

@leisaleisa, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.

@sabbesi I'm sorry to hear that! If the samples you select are unavailable substitutions should be added.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
