I have been trying to chat with someone  and call but never get anyone on the line. I tend to chat usually  because I have to request help while I'm working but I can never get anyone. I have been trying to contact someone for weeks. My subscription  would cancel. Everything I did it through the app the app would just crash. I tried through all different  browsers and it would have a error webpade not available. I don't what the freak has been happening. I finally was able to cancel it today but I got charged  because  it was too late. I was trying to avoid this charge!
