Never any samples

I always choose my 2 free samples with purchase and am lucky if I get even one. My last 2 boxes had no samples at all. The last box didn't even bother to include them on the shipping label. I usually brush it off but it's starting to annoy me. Why make "free samples" a bonus option if they aren't going to be sent?
