Never able to get my birthday gift?

My birthday is December 9th and for the past 3 years I have been unable to get my gift because they are always sold out at all locations come my birthday month. Sephora really needs to start changing how this system works as this is very unfair to customers who have birthdays late in the year.

Additionally in store, if the gift is no longer available you have the option of redeeming a 250 point birthday gift instead.
