Never Shipped

I ordered on Nov 15 and the estimated arivail time was Tuesday Nov 21. I got the 3 day shipping for free. Even with the delays it should have shipped by now. I’ve checked online and they haven’t shipped yet. I’m not a diva but I really need the curl cream I ordered to keep from looking like an electrified lion. Please help!
