Never Received Credit Card

So I was approved for the Sephora Credit Card around the beginning of October. Waited 14 days and never received the card. I called customer care and they asked for me to wait a bit longer. Called a second time I called they said they had the wrong address and to wait another 14 days. In between those 14 days I received a statement from Sephora in the mail but no credit card. I called a 3rd time and they said that the address was incorrect again, I made a payment over the phone and that they still could not expedite the card and to wait 2 weeks again. I received another Sephora statement in the mail last week and no credit card still. I called again to today and said they would expedite it. Expressing my frustrations, we will see what happens in 48 hours.

Same as everyone else, my card was supposedly sent to the wrong address now I have late fees because I had no statements nor a card information and when I call they are so quick to just have me pay without trying to figure out how I can get a statement or my card. Part of me feels like it's a scam but I know so many people have Sephora cards. Honestly I feel like cancelling once I pay my one and only balance. They told me that because I was past due they wouldn't send me a card unless I get my balance up to date.

I recieved an email saying my card arrived, but alas, there was no card in my mailbox.  I called the appropriate number associated with the card (Sephora Card) and was told I provided them with the wrong address and that now I have to send in a utility bill or phone bill to prove my address (Neither are in my name, but are in my husbands name). I gave them the proper address, so I'm not sure if they can verify my identity another way, like the last four of my SSN and Birthdate...but they basically refused to help me.  I will be cancelling this card as soon as I get this worked out.  I'm very frustrated.

I'm sorry for the trouble! The cards are sent out directly by Comenity Bank, so I'd recommend contacting them so they can look into this for you. Please call:

Update, still no card and they said it was going to be expedited (mailed in 48 hours). Its been a week now.
