Negative review not posting

I added a 2-star review to a drunk elephant product well over 72 hours ago, and it hasn’t posted. I tried to post it again a couple of days ago—still nothing. Anyone else have this problem? It seems like sephora isn’t allowing a negative review on a coveted product.
