Need help with my order

I am in shock and very disappointed with Sephora's shipping and customers service. I live outside of the United States and have always used a courier company that brings my purchases from the United States. Previously I made several orders in sephora and I have always received my purchases in my country through my courier company. But the last two orders were canceled by Sephora without any explanation ... when I asked they answered that they only send them to residences which does not make any sense because they have sent my courier company my orders before , I need to know if someone else is happening same? What can I do if the regular service in my country is unusable? Sephora does not give me an answer. At least one consistent response, Sephora has the worst customer service I've seen. They do not care for their customers or care about their feelings. 😞
