Need help with an order

My order which was supppsed to be delivered 10/21 with flash shipping got delayed by 3 days without any information but it's a gift that I need to travel with ☹️ can someone help please? I PMed mod but not sure if the protocol is to post here first. I haven't heard from them hence posting here
