Need help changing shipping address

Accidentally shipping my order to my previous address. How can I change this? Tried e-mailing and was told it couldn't be changed...

I need to have my shipping address changed. I've been on the phone for 2 hours and when the beauty representative picked up, he immediately said "Sorry you're inaudible" and hung up, I didnt even get a chance to say hello.
