Need help and live chat unavailable

I've been trying for 3 days to contact Sephora CS via Live Chat but they are always unavailable. Is the service down? I have a problem with my most recent order and need to have an item replaced that arrived broken.

If you have an ad blocker turned on, try to disable it. It worked for me.
