NOT happy at all with the false advertisement..

Though I was very excited with the launch of Sephora PLAY!, I have since then been disappointed, box-after-box, with the false advertisement! Each month, I have been mislead by the email advertisement of my box contents with what I actually get in the mail--and I have had it! For example, Feb 2019, I was looking forward to getting MILK blur stick, FRESH Rose face mask and the CAUDALIE moisterizer. Instead, I got TWO samples of the same brand (CLINIQUE), the DAISY by Marc Jacobs and another type of FRESH moisturizer. Might I also add that I have been getting the BITE brand lip products EACH month. Like, really?! There are PLENTY of other lip brands/products out there to sample from. 


I am very upset and very close to canceling my subscription if this continues. Any recommendations as to who I can talk to to have this issue resolved?
