NORVINA vol. 5, broken

I was wondering if there's a way to receive this product shipped without it breaking apart into 1000 pieces? 7 of my glitters were falling out of the pans and broken apart, no idea how to fix it besides trying to smooth them back in and it feels subpar + produces tons of mess. I've read reviews and purchased a mini palette from this line so i knew what they meant when they said they were too soft but it looks like my palette was thrown down flights of stairs.
