NO SAMPLES AT ALL???

My most recent order from Sephora did not include any samples even though I chose two when checking out. I understand that sometimes the selected sample isn't available so a replacement is given which happened to me, but I've never had an order just not send samples at all. I've been getting two orders in a row without any samples? This is not okay.

Hello! I’m sorry you haven’t got your samples:/ have you tried contacting customer service? They are really good about taking care of the client and making sure you get everything you need! Let me know is that helps😊
